The spacious room, nice views, everything you need inside the room to not worry about taking anything, very good cleaning and the perfect location, in addition to the workers always willing to help excellent attention

I thought the staff were friendly and insightful. My room was big and clean with little to no messes to mention. I love that my room came with everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

this was a great location with lots of activities easily within walking distance and tram that served great neighborhood. very safe area and staff were gave great recommendations and were always helpful. food was good quiet property.

The room was very quiet and the bed very comfortable. The gym was well equipped. The location was ideal for all the museums I was planning to visit.

The Staff was very accommodating to my daughter and her friends holding their items before the room was ready.

The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. The concierge delivered our bags to our room and brought us ice. There was a courtesy car that took us to the ballet.

Location and rooms were good size

High floor room, not much noise.

Simple, small, comfortable room which was all I needed for my one night stopover. Restaurant across the road did take out for dinner which was great. Easy walk from several light rail stations which go to the airport.

We landed at DFW after a 13 hour flight from Brisbane. We got to the hotel at 9am hoping to leave our suitcases and come back at 3pm to check in. Amazingly, we were allowed in our rooms straight away which was much needed with the jet lag!

Best hotel on this Texas Toadtrip

The staff here exudes welcome and happiness. From security to restaurants and bars, we did not experience one person that didn't seem glad to be there and glad to have us. Also...excellent food and drink are available right at the restaurant but if you want to venture out, there are great choices within walking distance. And Bourbon and Banter is a retro speakeasy that you go through a phone booth to get to....great fun.

This is a stunning hotel. Central location was ideal. Facilities were great. It was great to be staying in the hotel and having everything you needed within the same building. I used the restaurant in the hotel and also went to the restaurants, bars, café etc within the building complex. Everything is so convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, from the doormen, to check in at reception, to pool bar service and restaurant staff, everyone was lovely. The interiors of this hotel are beautiful. Definitely will be recommending to friends and looking to stay again myself!
