The room was big with a nice balcony and clean. The hotel offers a gym and a laundery area. The hotel has plenty of parking available and it is about 5 minutes drive from the historical City.

The room was clean, well-decorated and comfortable. All the staff were attentive and polite. We loved it!

The hotel is in the middle of the Historic District, excellent location! The room was HUGE with a little area to make coffee and a microwave! The bathroom is also really nice and clean. Its the biggest room we had on our 3 week trip! It is very clean, staff absolutely lovely, would have stayed longer if we could have! This was definately the best hotel on our trip and i would absolutely recommend it to anyone!

Great location with easy access to anywhere in Fredericksburg! (Right next to Wegman's- which was nice!)_. Suitable amenities for a travelling family with kids, nice breakfast, great staff at the reception- very curtious and professional.

Breakfast was good variety. There is plenty of room so people are not sitting right next to each other. Rooms were clean. There was no smell in hallways or rooms. Bathrooms were also clean.
