Full breakfast with many different options. There was great service from the front desk staff. Room and bathroom looked renovated/new and clean. Included amenities like gym and laundry room. Lobby had a well-stocked shop where you could buy snacks, drinks, meals, hygiene products, anything you might be missing.

Everything is great. There's water available from dispensers on every floor, an ice machine, and it's very clean. The food is also good.

The location is simply amazing and has loads of places around it , Starbucks is in the same building as well. The staff were ever ready to assist and very friendly . I a very good experience with one of the valet guys

Nothing to dislike. Breakfast perfect. Different every other day. Facility sparkly clean. Within walking distance of Toyota Centre and down town. Great restaurant (The Rustic) 5 minute's walk from hotel.

The staff were exceptional. From valet to front desk, to bartender...The room was spacious and very clean. Food at the in house restaurant was delicious.

Hotel was very good, breakfast was delicious, spacious and clean room, good pool with jacuzzi. Great location. A few minutes walk from the hotel is the Houston Visitor center, where you can book a sightseeing tour of the city, as well as a tour to the NASA Johnson Space Center. Thank you very much, everything was better than we expected.
