The employee at the reception (Jess) was an amazing friendly person. During our whole trip we’ve not encountered anyone this friendly and helpful as she was. Our welcome was warm, kind and she was super enthusiastic! Our stay was superb, clean rooms, comfortable beds and an amazing venue. It was an older building which had so much charm and a great vibe. Breakfast was great as wel!

The location is amazing. You can feel safe walking at night, even as a single woman. The Gardens are a block away. Ample luxury shopping. The price is very reasonable considering it's in Back Bay. The service is impeccable. My son got hungry 10 min to 11 and they were able to get sliders up to us by 11, my son said they were the best sliders he ever ate. Very child friendly and dog friendly .

Our room was huge and clean. The mattress was a bit soft, but it was ok. Bathroom was nice and clean. Breakfast was really amazing, the best we ever had in a hotel.

Wonderful customer service from the staff! I think the name of the staff member who checked me in was named Destiny - she was incredibly gracious, patient, professional and welcoming. She did an outstanding job of welcoming me to the property and i appreciate her strong level of customer service. All of the other staff members I encountered were great too.

Everything was great. Staff were fabulous, kind, cheerful, generous. Room was perfect. Bathroom was fully kitted out for people with access needs. Air conditioning. Good coffee and tea. Very good hair dryer.
