Third time at this charming, Victorian-era inn which is great value for money. Staff is wonderful, helpful and friendly. Lovely breakfast and a pub/restaurant with excellent menu. Rooms are big, full of antique furniture, luxurious beds, and yet modern, clean bathrooms. Best deal in Saratoga Springs.

Entrance way was very dirty, sand, dirt, cigarette butts! Ironic that there was a broom by doorway.. No, hair dryer, no shade bathroom window, no dresser, shower very tiny. And curtain not secure! Very musty and AC was loud and dirty! I don't like to give bad reviews but thought this was necessary. Also no one in office to talk to.

It is definitely a beautiful town. A lot of upscale, high income shopping. The race track was cool. First time going to one. Wish we would've seen the beach and stayed near the water. Not sure if I would ever go back.

Saratoga is a wonderful family place to visit.
Saratoga is a wonderful family place to visit. There is something for everyone. Racing for the horse fans, shopping for shopping fans, lots of parks and outdoor spaces for kids. There is so much nostalgia in Saratoga it is a delightful place to go.

We chose this after a bad experience in Albany.
We chose this after a bad experience in Albany. Only 30mins by car away, Saratoga Springs looks like a very cute town. If we had known, we would have stayed longer and had a better look around. The accommodation at IHG Hotel was clean, friendly, and excellent value for money. We really enjoyed our stay. The heated pool was a bonus, and the location seems perfect the walking around the town with it's beautiful old buildings.

Saratoga Spgs is a great little town. Lots of nifty shops and restaurants. A lot of new construction which is a good sign. they have finally addressed the parking issue with a nice roomy parking garage.

For the price we paid, we were extremely impressed with the facilities. Of course, some things are a little old, but they are clean and in working order. This was our return trip from a week away in New York City. We returned from NYC to Albany via Amtrak, then grabbed our car and drove to Saratoga Springs (only about 30 mins away).
