Very spacious room with comfortable setup a nice shower and a good bed. Polite staff, very friendly. Good location for Lenox and nearby towns.

The hotel is unique. The main building is 18th century and it has worn well. There are interesting things to see in every corner. But the real star of the hotel is the staff, they are lovely.

The pool was a real bonus! The on-site restaurant was a delight - excellent food and amusing bartender. The central location was perfect for my needs. Would stay there again without hesitation - lovely hotel.

The room was newly renovated. It was very nice. And the beds were very comfortable. And it was very clean. I also want to say, that Sam was a great host! He's very friendly and helpful. I wanted extra pillows, and he went, right then and got two of them. He is an excellent Host!!

Huge two bedroom full kitchen condo set up - was a surprise since we didn’t read the fine print & expected just a typical two beds in one room hotel room! The kitchen was great for a friends’ getaway for making breakfast and putting yummy snacks together for movie watching when we weren’t out exploring the Norman Rockwell museum, Stockbridge, and Lenox. It was postcard beautiful with perfect New England snow this weekend. Super clean sparkling bathroom, great water pressure for hot showers— very comfortable beds. We were VERY satisfied- without even needing to explore the listed resort amenities (pools, activity center, movies, arts & crafts sessions etc)— hope to be back with family to do these!

Always clean and ready., Instructions are clear. Carmen is always easy to contact and responds quickly.. Plenty of parking. Nice town, you can walk to shopping and restaurants.. Pictures are accurate. Beds are comfy. Nice bathroom. Found a nearby restaurant a short drive. RJ. Highly recommend.

Very friendly welcome in lovely historic Inn. Delicious homecooked breakfast with changing options. The building is nicely maintained and decorated. Despite its age, comforts are up to date. Easy parking on premises.

The facilities were amazing - fab indoor pool, excellent, large well equipped gym. In house launderette. Hotel is new so was beautifully clean. Ample parking.
