Everything was perfect, right from check in. Perfect location for restaurants. Amazing crepes right out the front door. Dogs everywhere. Felt right at home. Everyone (employees and guests) seemed to be very friendly and happy to be there

Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable! staff were so friendly and helpful! We were only here for one night but would stay again if I was ever back in Monterey!

Good location, a little walk to Monterey along a coastal paths/ Hotel was very clean, and had great facilities. Coffee / Tea available in the mornings which was nice. A few shops and restaurants in Pacific Grove, very laid back and relaxed feel about the area. Short drive to the '17 mile drive' and into Carmel by Sea etc

This is a fabulous hotel. The location on the beach is perfect, and even in a garden facing room you could hear the waves. Really enjoyed the fire pits and marshmallow packs. The rooms are spacious and well equipped.

Everything went well: we were a family of 14 in a very emotional reunion and the team led by Ms. Erica did everything in their hands to make this 15 year late gathering a most memorable one for all of us. We are deeply grateful to her and everyone as every detail and kindness was taken into consideration, permanently. Warmest regards and best wishes!

A cozy, beautiful, and comfortable hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable the room was. We only stayed for one night and wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely room - well equipped. Super location for Pacific Grove - 10 minute walk to the ocean.

Quaint, old style building. Pool, hot tub and sauna. The staff were really great, very helpful and friendly. Fireplace in room was great.

The staff were friendly, efficient the check in process was quick. The room was clean and when we needed help with something in our room we received help almost immediately.

Walking distance to attractions and eateries

I treated myself to a suite with sea view and I will NEVER forget the view. This stands as my favorite hotel to this day, and I can’t wait to come back. It was everything I needed in my life at the end of a very long trip. The staff were extremely nice, very professional and easy going. They delivered breakfast to my room and just made me feel very welcome! Hopefully coming back next year, to the same room.

My partner and I often reminisce about this stay! Such great value for money. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, with an incredibly comfy bed. The continental breakfast was a nice touch, and the location was perfect — just outside the hustle and bustle with stunning views. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

We loved Monterey! The place itself is nice, private parking, good space room, comfy beds. The biggest advantage - location. About 20 min to the Aquarium and 20 min to restaurants the other way. The amazing thing is that you walk to restaurant and see sea lions just chilling on the rocks..

The whole property was picture perfect, cannot recommend enough!

Breakfast was great! Noisy do to a busy street. We enjoyed are stay and will book again!

The room was lovely and cosy . The log for the fire was a nice touch in the cold weather . Breakfast was sufficient . Location was good , close to little supermarket . Car parking easy and cheap.
