SwitzerlandStaff was super friendly and helpful. The lobby has free beach chairs, blankets and towels. They also have tons of dvds, games and free cookies! Room was spacious and clean. The small kitchette had basic utensils, great living space, good size shower. The breakfast was pretty good. Overall excited our expectations.

I LOVED Cannon Beach.
I LOVED Cannon Beach. We stayed up on the “North Cannon Beach”. It’s also known as Chapman Beach.
At low tide it was very easy to walk across the mouth of Ecola Creek and continue the walk. On the north side there are dunes instead of buildings! It’s much quieter and serene.
I think the most important things is to respect the dunes. Stay on the paths. Don’t pull out any plants. They help hold the sand dunes together. There’s a better way of explaining this. Some places where I come from the dunes are off limits other than one main walkway to the water. Cannon Beach should be very proud of the care they give the beaches ( patrolled well) at low tide )
The Haystack Rock Awareness Program (HRAP) provides interpretive programs at Haystack Rock during low tide, particularly during the breeding season for birds. No one is allowed access to rocks or tide pools. It’s amazing there.
I encountered a lot of pelicans particularly at the mouth of Ecola Creek. Awesome.

Best beach ever! Silky sand, fires on the beach.
Best beach ever! Silky sand, fires on the beach. Easy access if your in a lodging nearby. (Recommendation to stay at "Inn on Cannon Beach"...as they also provided towels and chairs for beach.

Great position as you enter Cannon Beach, with plenty of parking. The room had all we needed, with a super balcony and pleasant views across to the sea and Cannon Beach itself. The personal service at reception was exceptional....extremely helpful advice from a very positive receptionist who was genuinely interested in our plans. Thank you!

A really lovely hotel right on Cannon Beach, which is stunning. The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was a good size, so clean and a super comfortable bed. We enjoyed visiting the town which was quite busy but with lovely shops. The access on to the beach was amazing and we wish we could have stayed longer.

A perfect stay! The inn is located at a very good location for accessing the Cannon Beach and the most picturesque views of the Haystack Rock. It is a bit further away from the restaurants and cafes though. The room was spacious, quiet and with very comfortable beds. Added bonus: the complementary homemade delicious cookies baked by the staff every day and the cute bunnies going around the gardens! Breakfast could have been a bit better though (it was a standard motel-type continental breakfast).

The location was perfect. Just a short walk to the center of Cannon Beach. We stayed in one of the apartments and had everything we needed. 2 min walk to the beach .

Tiny cottage with a warm style, with everything you may need for a couple of days. The Cannon Beach is 3-5 minutes away, and the whole village is beautiful.

Location! There is almost no better location to Haystack Rock on Cannon Beach. Access to the beach was fantastic and close enough to walk into "town" for restaurants. The staff was welcoming and we enjoyed the warm chocolate chip cookies.

Cannon Beach hotel is just opposite the busstop.
Staff is really friendly and helpful.
We had a beautiful room with a fireplace.
There‘s a whiskeybar with an incredible selection in the hotel.
