Location, staff, cleanliness, room, bed, bathroom

First of all, it was our first time in this hotel and we stayed with our family. The front desk night and morning shift staff were friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and well-designed. O The room was good and the bed was comfortable! I didn't expect that the breakfast was gonna be amazing! You know hotel breakfast is usually bagels, jam, and coffee. However, they have a pancake machine, cold juice machine, fruits, omelets with cheese, hash browns, etc. It was so delicious! There is a complimentary coffee machine 24 hours in the lobby. Everything was amazing and thank you for your service!

The room was huge, it had plenty of room. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was convenient.

Lovely and clean, spacious room. Calm and quiet location close to town centre.

Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff

Great location for yosemite National Park. Exceptional clean spacious room with walk in shower. Really comfy large bed.

We loved absolutely everything! It was quiet, cozy, and clean. Good parking. A wonderful location. A fantastic stay. If we are ever in Monterey, we’ll come back here again!

Everything was amazing. The staff was very-friendly. It's a very nice, cozy, and even though there are airplanes flying above us, it's very quiet. It's in a great position. It's close to the city centre and to all of the shops and markets or any restaurants near it.

Super helpful staff, charming room, walkable location to beach attractions

Breakfast is excellent. Fireplace is great

The property was well located and in easy reach of everything. The hotel was clean and comfortable, staff were super friendly.

Position, close to the sea lions, walk to main attractions, cafes, restaurants, without being right in the thick of it. We had a top floor king room with fireplace, sea view. Great value for money for what we had.

Most beautiful view! You can see otters from your balcony and from the hot tub on the rooftop. Amazing!

We had a very comfortable and cozy stat at Victorian Inn. Rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated and very clean. Bed was so comfortable to sleep in. Location is also perfect with easy 5 minutes walk to Cannery Inn, fisherman’s wharf is around 15 minutes scenic walk. Overall we highly recommend this property.

I treated myself to a suite with sea view and I will NEVER forget the view. This stands as my favorite hotel to this day, and I can’t wait to come back. It was everything I needed in my life at the end of a very long trip. The staff were extremely nice, very professional and easy going. They delivered breakfast to my room and just made me feel very welcome! Hopefully coming back next year, to the same room.

The whole property was picture perfect, cannot recommend enough!
