My room didn't really have a view but was in the older part of the hotel which I requested and very nice and comfortable

A very beautiful hotel — you really want to take in every detail. We had a spacious room, and in the evenings we could watch the sunset right from the living room — truly magical. The staff were very kind and helpful with any request.

Location was excellent. Everything in walking distance.

2 king size beds which were very comfortable . Clean and quiet. Parking on site. 20 minutes walk to start of cliff walk. Lovely Italian deli 2 mins walk with great croissants . Had pre cooked meals for sale which looked lovely.

What did we like? We loved, loved, loved the location! The Sea Breeze Inn is close enough to downtown Newport's shops and eats to get there conveniently, and yet it is far enough away from all that traffic and congestion so you can relax and enjoy some solitude. We also liked the fact that the windows in our room actually worked as windows are supposed to, letting in those great ocean breezes, and letting us breathe fresh air. We also liked the cooked to order breakfasts each morning.

BEAUTIFUL- Fresh, clean, bright, nice touches… very pleasant atmosphere in a real beautiful setting on the water Bedding is wonderful and i love the soft, bright carpeting.

The location was perfect, the room had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated, it was great for our short stay but we would love to come back for longer! Staff was helpful and friendly.

The hotel was just lovely, in a peaceful area, breakfast yummy and the wine and nibbles time late afternoon was a lovely bonus and great time to meet other guests

A very beautiful, tastefully decorated hotel! The location is excellent, Newport and the harbor are just a few minutes' walk away. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Despite our late arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Pete. He immediately gave us some helpful tips on what to do in the area and where to eat. We particularly enjoyed the small, lovingly handmade breakfast. We traveled along the East Coast for several weeks, and this was by far the best breakfast we had in a hotel!

Great location next to the harbor. Room was spacy with everything we needed. Excellent attitude and help from the staff when needed.

Great location and very pleasant staff

Location is perfect. Right in the centre of town. Check in staff - Carlos and Aline - were so helpful with recommendations and information on things to do nearby. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Complimentary tea and coffee in the morning, refillable water bottles and ice bags are all nice extras. Would definitely recommend.
