Hotels near Cross County Mall, West Palm Beach

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable although I would prefer the bedding to be slightly wider. Shower has good water pressure. Love that there is free transport to local shopping centre.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and the gym was well equipped for its size. It was also close to the Tanger shopping center and I got some great deals.

I was greeted by a wonderful woman at the desk. I arrived earlier than check in but she made accommodations. She pointed me to a great lunch location within walking distance.

The staff were very friendly, beds comfortable, room very clean, breakfast buffet options better than other hotels in the area. The shuttle buses are in great condition.

This is among the five BEST hotel rooms that I have experienced EVER ! Bed, flatscreen TV, Bathroom and the room itself were BIG in every way. There was very smooth and soft easy-to-operatre illumination preciseley where You need it and the shower itself is so big that You can stand away from the water while You adjust the temperature. Outside the room the Decor is AMAZING ! You can spend lots of time just walking around and enjoying the atmosphere. For laptop computer work You should go down to the fantastic lobby, order one (or more?) drink(s) in the bar and sit down in a comfortable chair. The wallet parking was VERY fast and the hotel provides a very useful combined SPA, swimming pool, bar and relaxation area. Also the hotel location is excellent for a nice walk to the posh East Palm Beach area with wonderful shopping.

Hotel was good for our stay, we had 2 rooms as a family group and were given adjoining rooms as we requested. Fairly basic hotel, very clean and comfortable beds and the breakfast was quick and easy. Nice touch that the coffee machine at Breakfast is left on 24 hours, so we were able to get hot drinks when we returned late at night before tucking in. Only stayed for 3 nights, but would certainly recommend, and we will be back in a couple of years next time we are in the area. Ample free parking is also provided, and very friendly staff which is always appreciated.

Very beautiful and clean hotel. The rooms are large, with a kitchen. Everything you need for a long stay is in the room. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Good location. Breakfast is wonderful, especially every morning fruit salad with fresh fruit, unlimited coffee, three types, glassware. Exquisite hotel 10/10, the best place we have rested. We dream of returning.

Super lovely place to stay. Was business stay, but felt like vacation. Very nice area/location, super friendly and helpful staff. All done only digital, but super handy and easy. Late check in without any problem. A place I absolutely would recommend and book myself again. Thanks a lot :-)

The hotel has a good situation near the beach and near the restaurants and stores. The breakfast is very well organized and there is a large choice. The staff is very polite and try always to make your stay agréable.

Friendly reception staff. Nothing was a problem for them. Very easy free car parking. Rooms very comfortable and well laid out. Nice bar and food.

The accommodations, the rooftop, the food at the restaurants, but most of all the great service and staff of the staff. Everyone was very attentive and in great disposition all the time, from the valet parking service to the ladies that cleaned up our room. Very helpful with my brother who stayed there for several weeks after having a knee surgery.
