we did not utilize the facilities. at first your on site manager seemed very helpful to our situation, but apparently that was not the case.

Our room had water on the floor as the outside weather conditions were horrendous. There was no hesitation on their part to accommodate us and another room while we waited for them to get ours ready. By saying ready I mean the water was like it never happened. Absolutely outstanding professionalism and courtesy from the whole entire staff. I highly recommend you stay at Sandals Inn.

we had a room with a view of the beach and a terrace. We had a room for 5, perfect. Jacuzzi and swimming pool. Parking for the residents of the hotel. Beautiful view !!

Arrived at 8.30 am asked if we could park the car at the hotel was informed our room was ready and was able to check in

The property has a beautiful beachside location. Excellent value for money and the owner is one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet.

Clean and new, good communication.

The Hampton was super clean - I mean spotless, thanks to a great staff! Breakfast was abundant, varied, great! The staff was the greatest! Some minor disruption from construction, but that should be finished by end of October/early November - but not a big deal. The Tikki bar was a great place for drinks and food - with great people behind the bar!!
