Favorite place to stay in GR. Several food options inside allow you not to freeze when it’s -7. It also has a skywalk attached to DeVos Performance Hall, so it’s very convenient when catching a show there. The location is great with winter activities, like ice skating, mini curling, etc. and a lot of restaurants surrounding. The valet services cannot be beat. They’re beyond helpful, especially when you have to leave very early as they’ll have your car waiting for you.

This hotel is amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food is delicious in the bistro. The breakfast was great with a variety of choices. Parking was easy and so convenient. We will definitely be back.

The property is just so beautiful & exceptionally maintained. All of the staff were friendly, professional and polite! Every space was immaculate and the finishes were luxurious. We felt pampered in every way.

The bed was comfy and clean. There was a kitchenette with an apartment size refrigerator, stove, and sink. Staff was very friendly.

We loved Laurie, the front desk lady , she is so welcoming and professional and made the check in a smooth sail. This hotel is great, very clean , and serves hot breakfast a total plus . I highly recommend this hotel.

Well the bartender paid for my dinner because I was a veteran and she said she had much respect for military personnel and the fact that I missed my free meals at the restaurants on Veterans day she said she would pay for my dinner that not and I thought that was very nice of her

Clean comfortable and friendly staff

It was very clean, everyone was friendly and I love that they have a little market downstairs open 24/7 with snacks and drinks!

I liked the location, it is right next to the medical facility that we were going to. The feature that doesn’t allow anyone to come up to your floor without a key card is really nice. You don’t have to worry about anyone running up and down the hallways.

The hotel is beautiful and so clean. We were lucky enough to get a corner room and the view was awesome. It was truly a great experience and we would stay again, if prices aren't too high. The included breakfast was also wonderful.

The room was really comfortable, spacious, and very clean. It had great lighting and everything I needed for my stay. I also loved the location. It was easy to walk around, and there were plenty of restaurants and places to eat nearby. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay!
