Everything was beyond our expectations. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they even helped us with valet parking. The room was nice and clean, and the housekeeping lady was very responsive. The food was delicious, the snacks were high quality, and the coffee was amazing.

Pretty room, room for clothes, bathroom with all the necessary amenities, fridge, safe, microwave, necessary for ironing, room cleaned every day...

The location was very convenient for the Palo Alto Caltrain and Stanford Shopping Mall. A Safeway was only a 10 min walk away. The breakfast was complimentary, and free coffee was available 24/7. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was a good size and had lots of useful features like charging points/sockets in convenient places (i.e. on the desk and next to the bed). My room was towards the back of the hotel so wasn't affected by noise from El Camino Real.

It’s clean and conveniently located at the heart of Palo Alto where restaurants are just walkable distance

I stayed here while moving my son to Stanford. The location was perfect, 3 minutes to downtown, and 5 minutes to Stanford. The bed was super comfy, complimentary daily shoeshine service was a nice touch, and all the staff from the valet to the front desk, was very friendly yet polite. Especially Mirac at the restaurant was more than helpful.

All was good and convenient. Close to Stanford University.

Excellent stay at the Mint House. It is our 4th time visiting there. Absolutely amazing place. We will look to book for next year.

Friendly & very helpful staff. We messaged the Inn requesting a 1st floor room as I use a walker & cane to get around. I checked in & they had assigned the 1st floor accessible room right across from the lobby. Thank you!
