My stay at The Lindy Renaissance in Charleston during August was nothing short of exceptional, making it the highlight of our journey through the southern United States. The accommodations were remarkably spacious and impeccably appointed, offering a perfect balance of comfort and elegance. Each detail in the room design reflected the hotel’s commitment to quality and its deep connection to Charleston’s rich heritage. The staff were exemplary in their professionalism and warmth, consistently going above and beyond to ensure a delightful experience. A particular standout was the innovative car parking app, which streamlined the process of retrieving our vehicle with remarkable ease and efficiency. The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive, with the serene and tranquil pool area providing an idyllic retreat. Bathed in sunlight from sunrise to late afternoon, it was the perfect spot for relaxation and rejuvenation. Ideally situated between King Street and Meeting Street, The Lindy Renaissance offers unparalleled convenience, with premier restaurants, boutique shopping, and the vibrant Charleston City Markets just a short walk away. This prime location enhanced our ability to fully immerse ourselves in the city’s cultural offerings. Our stay was truly memorable, and we are already eagerly planning our return. The Lindy Renaissance is a gem that exemplifies the best of Charleston’s hospitality and charm, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable experience.

The hotel is close to the Charleston tourist area. We had a free shuttle between 4 to 10 PM, to commute to and from within 4 miles radius. We took the shuttle to go to the Meeting St, as we had plans to drink. The shuttle driver Mr Michael was so friendly and funny. He took great care and dropped us at the spot where we needed to be. We stayed well past 10 PM, so getting a Uber ride back to the hotel was also easy.

We loved the location of the property. It was close to everything we wanted to go see and do. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the amenities were great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite good as well.

Absolutely LOVED the location of this hotel. It was the perfect view of the port area. Breakfast was great. Room was a great view for 4th of July fireworks show.

I've never felt so welcome in a hotel as I have here. All the staff here are just wonderfully helpful and dedicated to their roles. They take every request seriously and follow through. It feels more like staying with a family, honestly. Jamie and the rest of the front desk team were just awesome. I had a package delivered to the hotel and they were super cool about it. Moving rooms was also no problem. The free shuttle service was an absolute lifesaver - dependable, on time, and quick. The drivers we had (Lamont, Nate, Ms Tara, Ms Jeanette) were amazing. They know the city well and gave us so many tips. They don't just work in Charleston, they LIVE here, so they really know what it's really like and provide a valuable perspective. I wouldn't recommend walking to downtown from the hotel as you'd need to cross a highway and along a thin sidewalk. You can definitely walk west past the Waffle House to the other stores and restaurants though. Our booking included free breakfast so we were in the restaurant every day. Vegans: you can have the vegetable wrap without the cheese and it's delicious. The staff here - Alvaro, Joe, Mario, and JoJo - are heroes. Greeting us every day and knowing our special dietary accommodations without even asking. The team here went out of their way to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Please say hi to them, ask them how they are. This is how to get the best out of visiting a place. Remote workers: the lobby has power points and plenty of seating. Free coffee in the morning! The building and decor is old, but is clean and it works. It doesn't detract from the experience. Don't let this deter you from coming here! Thank you, Holiday Inn team! You really made our trip even more special.

There are free hot water and coffee at the entrance, which is perfect for me. And microwave in the room is convenient. Staff are really kind and nice.

We loved the location and walkability to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We loved the modern decor and the art on the walls. We loved the comfortable bed and pillows. We greatly appreciated the early check in. We are excited about the new cafe coming soon.

The veiw from the room was extraordinary. Parking was very easy and upfront. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The decorations, the hi tech touches, and the distance to the restraunts was only a short walk. It was the perfect getaway for me and my husband. The property manager was also awesome, and when we reached out with a concern she responded within the same day.

That’s a fantastic hotel with great ambiance! Our room was spacious, bright and very clean! Location is top. Breakfast was exactly to my liking. Valet parking was well appreciated!
