The property is stunning and beautifully maintained with large rooms and great facilities. But it is the staff and the entire team at the hotel who make the Royal Sonesta truly special

The staff is super friendly, the room was big and comfy, location is excellent although it's 15 min driving from the downtown area and we had no issues with parking or the car.

The front desk staff was pleasant and the facilities were clean

Delicious breakfast and great location. Close to the restaurants. The room is clean and modern. Easy check-in and check-out. We will recommend it to friends.

We were offered a bereavement upgrade, which was greatly appreciated.

Very clean, nice large room. Staff very friendly and helpful. I didn’t eat breakfast, but the rest of my family did and said it was good!

I had a wonderful time, arriving shortly before midnight had no problems checking in :) The hotel is close to everything, I even walked to the arch and back! The location of the hotel is wonderful, close to forest park and all the museums and you feel relaxed being in that area without all the hassle/stress to do everything in one day from the downtown area. Big applause for all of the staff for being wonderful and caring about my stay, If i'm visiting St louis again, Red roof inn will always be my choice of stay

The hotel/room was cozy and clean/friendly staff.

The staff went over and above to make sure that me and my daughter were comfortable and well taken care of.

The staff was awesome and very accommodating!!! The room and bathroom was clean. They even have to full kitchens to cook meals. There is a grocery store next door and a pharmacy across the street.

The location was very convenient for me,my husband was at Barnes Jewish hospital, so I was able to use the skywalk

Breakfast was sufficient. Staff was nice and gracious. Perfect place if you’ll be going on Washington University in St. Louis. Very clean.

The staff was excellent and accommodating to our family's needs with a person who has mobility issues. Karen, Amanda, and Saidah were wonderful and I'm glad you have such amazing people on your staff.

Location is central and perfect for my needs. Bed comfy, bathroom well equipped and clean. Bar area is great in the evening with some fun characters gathering after work to socialise. Barman adds to the ambience with many a story to share. Bonus having ****bucks 2 mins walk. Staff excellent and helpful.
