The Best Hotel in Mountain View!

The restaurant, the chef and the menu are excellent. I enjoyed all my meals. I also appreciated that I could check out one of my rooms earlier by phone, simply by calling the reception at 11.00 am, as I was unable to approach them in the morning when I was leaving for graduation.

Everything! The bed was very comfortable. Exceptional breakfast! Rooms are clean and new

I stayed at the Hyatt Centric after celebrating my birthday at a nearby restaurant. My friends and I were also looking for a place to gather after the event, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. The service we received from every staff member was excellent - they were all friendly and professional, and we felt like valued guests. I appreciated that they had a bar and dining area, as well as areas where you could sit and relax by a fireplace. It was clear that the staff at this facility understood the importance of treating their guests well and providing an excellent experience was clearly their top priority. The rooms were nicely appointed and the beds were comfortable. The facilities look fresh and new.

There are many beautiful fish and mandarin ducks in the yard.

The room is very large, comfortable and quiet.

Small and cozy, very friendly staff

The room was perfect. There was a fridge and microwave, a couch to relax and desk to use for some work. Nice bathroom, small but had anything needed. Shopping centre at 10 minutes walking distance.

The room was amazing like a little apartment, the shower we loved it was non slip perfect for my daughter. The extra amenities such as dishes, utensils, pans, the complimentary waters. The check out at 12 was PERFECT gave us time to sleep in .

The location is excelente, breakfast is very good

I like that it’s integrated into nature.

Stayed here on 15th-18th Oct and 20-22nd Oct. So, this is a review after two consecutive stays. 1. The General Manager, Manager, staff were polite, professional and most helpful at all times. 2. Rooms were very clean, large space and well equipped. Linen, towels, pilllow, etc were spotless. 3. Location was perfect- just away from the main road - keeping noise levels down. 4. Solid light cancelling curtains. 5. Excellent hot breakfast with a changing menu. 6. Ample parking spaces. 7. Heated swimming pool. 8. Nice small gym. 9. Fast check-in and check-out.

Large well equipped rooms with very comfortable king size beds. Nice all you can eat breakfast.

Room 111 is my favorite room! Always super clean and I felt safe!

One of the best hotels to stay in while in the MTV area. Lovely, clean hotel with a great garden/patio and restaurant.

location is OK, near Google and quiet. Breakfast is simply but OK.

Great location, super friendly staff, amazing free candy at reception! Complimentary breakfast was good with microwaveable breakfast sandwiches and lots of individually packaged name brand snacks to take away (chef mix, gold fish, Oreos, cookies). Lots of nice complimentary toiletries

Breakfast was perfect.Staff are so nice. Definitely will return

A beautiful hotel. Great sized room. Even with a pull out sofa bed for our son the room was spacious. The laundry room was appreciated and good value.
