The hotel is close to the main street, a short walk. The room is very cozy. Romantically decorated. Close to the river. The breakfast was excellent. We also had dinner there, which was very delicious. We loved the uniqueness of entering the room with a code.

We made a great choice. The price/quality ratio was excellent. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The location allows for complete peace and quiet, yet it's a short walk to the center.

The river view was beautiful. Free parking is a plus. It ws very clean and the gym was small but you can easily do a workout. The rooms were immaculate and the toiletries were premium. Really enjoyed our one night stay for our first time in Gatlinburg. The staff were friendly and professional and the breakfast was a good selection.

Location, room and staff A+++++ Very clean and nice big rooms. Great amenities and perfect location, close walking distance to eveything is nice. Staff was very kind and helped me with transportation too asheville bc they were no bus connections i couldn't be more grateful. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Close enough to things we wanted to do, to walk. During Festival of Lights week, that's a huge plus. My family and I agree this location will be our new place to stay every time we go to Gatlinburg.
