You can drive on parts of the beach BUT YOU BETTER HAVE 4X4...
You can drive on parts of the beach BUT YOU BETTER HAVE 4X4 wheel or ALL WHEEL Drive or you WILL GET STUCK. It was great to drive out and sit and listen to and feed the Seagulls and other birds, listen to the ocean waves. It was also great to tour Ft. Clinch and then go out on the beach side and hunt for SHARKS TEETH. I found 3 but it was difficult, and you need patients, bathing suit and sit down in water to scoop up shell debris and sift it through strainer. The BOAT HOUSE RESTAURANT, THE MARINA RESTAURANT, THE SALOON were Fantastic. The CUMBERLIN BOAT TOUR was fabulous and we learned so much detailed History ~ Great Fun for 2 hours.
