Està molt ben situat, tot i que la zona on està hi ha força brutícia pels carrers. No ens hem sentit insegurs. Queda just davant de l’Institut on es va rodar Grease i a 2 carrers (5 minuts a peu) del Passeig de la fama i dels Teatres Kodak i Xinès.
