Great location, and the room was large and nicely decorated and organized. The front desk staff were helpful. We were here for a concert and it was nice and close. Enjoyed having the restaurant next door for breakfast.

I loved this place.
I loved this place. You can go for a boat tour, parks, food, fun, beach is right away. Everything in one place. Great environment for family, solo travelers, couples. It’s a must do for sure in Chicago.

Before covid Chicago was an amazing place to be; so much to see, do and eat. Soooo much history and the 19th century architecture is beyond beautiful. Hopefully some day I will be able to walk Michigan Ave, Navy Pier and all the amazing old neighborhoods again without the mask police around. :-)Mickie A.United States of America

Located in the heart of Chicago, very near everything I had planned including a walk through Millenium Park, Grant Park and up the coast to the Navy Pier. We also took the Red Line to a White Sox game, had dinner in the hotel. I joked that the pillows were "like butter"...you'd have to be a Billy Crystal fan to get that one. But really, everything was just top TOP notch.

Having three bathrooms was great for the six of us. Does not have televisions in the bedrooms, which wasn’t important to us but might be to others. Plenty of closet storage space. Parking is available nearby in several locations and was cheaper than downtown hotels charge.
