Great location, and the room was large and nicely decorated and organized. The front desk staff were helpful. We were here for a concert and it was nice and close. Enjoyed having the restaurant next door for breakfast.

Lots to do while there, not just standing and looking at water and buildings. Be prepared for fun for children and adults. Amusement rides, museum along with plenty of eats and relax with beverages to music in The Gardens

Before covid Chicago was an amazing place to be; so much to see, do and eat. Soooo much history and the 19th century architecture is beyond beautiful. Hopefully some day I will be able to walk Michigan Ave, Navy Pier and all the amazing old neighborhoods again without the mask police around. :-)

I loved that this hotel was only 4 or 5 blocks from Navy pier and 2 or 3 from the Riverwalk and 6ish to Millennium Park. It’s central to everything and very walkable. We felt super safe and parking in their parking garage is right around the corner. The staff were super friendly and helpful too! The rooms are very updated and we LOVED the bathroom and seating area! Very modern and comfortable.
Location was perfect, the view was great. Love that you can overlook Navy Pier and a perfect view of the fireworks. The hotel room was a neat set up and comfortable. Lobby was cozy yet entertaining.
I loved the hotel’s location to everything! We were a quick walk to the Navy Pier as well as all the shops! It did what jt needed to do in terms of being a place to sleep.
The hotel was clean. Our boys liked the pool and I thought the fitness area was small but sufficient. Breakfast was typical but filling. Staff was friendly. We parked around the block with was $60/day but because we were a mile from the Navy Pier we walked everywhere. 2 minutes to the riverwalk, half mile to target, everything was easily walkable.
The location is good. There is a bus stop just across the street from the hotel on State St. You can take bus #29 and it will take you about 20 min to get to Navy Pier and other touristy locations along the route.
Staff was very nice and helpful. Free parking was key for our decision to stay there and you can park pass your check-out time as long as you don’t leave it overnight. Our room was very spacious and clean.
The bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect, close to Navy Pier, which was our main destination daily. The hotel itself is beautiful. The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. It has an old world charm.
The hotel was well located in the city within walking distance of the river and lakefront, including Navy Pier. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful. The art galleries are a nice plus. We stayed at the 21c in Nashville previously and were pleased with it. The Chicago location didn't disappoint.
This property is beautiful. Located in the heart of Chicago, very near everything I had planned including a walk through Millenium Park, Grant Park and up the coast to the Navy Pier. We also took the Red Line to a White Sox game, had dinner in the hotel. I joked that the pillows were "like butter"...you'd have to be a Billy Crystal fan to get that one. But really, everything was just top TOP notch.
Excellent location near to navy pier and Ohio street beach. Views were very nice from living area and all 3 bedrooms. Coffee provided. Bryan, our host, gave us some insightful information. Beds were comfortable. Having three bathrooms was great for the six of us. Does not have televisions in the bedrooms, which wasn’t important to us but might be to others. Plenty of closet storage space. Parking is available nearby in several locations and was cheaper than downtown hotels charge.
Spacious apartment, very modern and clean, well equipped kitchen for short stays. Great location, central and quiet. We had a great view of the lake with Navy Pier and some of the Chicago skyline
