Brilliant staff and found the shuttle really Helpful for getting into the centre. Perhaps staff could mention how easy it Is to use the light railway which is steps away and takes you straight to Main Street. A recommendation for granger restaurant two blocks away is not To be missed great food and ambiance thank you for looking after us

Great place and location. It didn't seem as nice for the price paid, but I guess the prices are high due to where it's at. Staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast basic, but not bad.

Staff so welcoming, engaged and hospitable. Beds so so comfortable- comfy bed, fabulous holiday!!! Supermarket, parks and university grounds for walking close by. About as safe as you get in Houston

Excellent stay - clean, helpful staff, state of the art facilities, easy to park and very reasonable. Only a short 5 minute walk to the tramline which takes you straight into downtown. 10/10 would recommend.

Clean, quite very comfortable

Breakfast was offered at no extra cost, it had a variety of options and they were changing daily. The room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Our absolute most favourite part of our stay was the staff. The bar tender Mike made every effort to know each of his guests personally and create a memorable experience. We will be coming back to see him for sure (All the way from Canada)!

I liked the presence of the complimentary laundry and gym facilities.

The room was clean. Even though I found dry blood on my sheets on my last night.
