Perfect location, close to everything but still quiet. Rooms have a lot of character and individual touch. We traveled with a little pet, called to inform about that prior to reservation, gave us pet-friendly room. Breakfast is much better than your average continental breakfast.

Lovely treed street within walking distance of Newport shops and restaurants. Quiet and clean. Staff were very courteous and helpful and upgraded our room. Nice fresh pastries, fruit, coffee, yogurt, juice at breakfast. Parking provided. We will stay again in our next trip to Newport.

What did we like? We loved, loved, loved the location! The Sea Breeze Inn is close enough to downtown Newport's shops and eats to get there conveniently, and yet it is far enough away from all that traffic and congestion so you can relax and enjoy some solitude. We also liked the fact that the windows in our room actually worked as windows are supposed to, letting in those great ocean breezes, and letting us breathe fresh air. We also liked the cooked to order breakfasts each morning.
