Superb views, extremely clean, excellent service and lovely breakfast

Rooms are very spacious, beds comfortable, modern decor and clean. Would highly recommend this hotel. The views from the hotel balcony are fabulous of the beach! We had 2 rooms (king room and a queen room). The king room had a huge jacuzzi bath tub next to the bed.

Perfect for a little get away

The room had a wonderful view. The sea and the beach were just as perfect. I think it was an experience I will never forget for the rest of my life. After this trip, we went to Miami, but the beach and hotel in Panama never left my mind. The facility is in a perfect location, both in terms of price and location. We also had an incident. My wife had left the ring on the nightstand, and we probably dropped it on the floor. Then the carpet cleaning crew came in, and the ring got sucked into the machine. Thanks to the crew's help, we found our ring safe and sound the next day. This showed us that the hotel works with reliable staff and is trustworthy. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Austin, the front desk manager, for this wonderful experience. I will be returning to Panama as soon as possible, this time in May.

Close to the beach, spacious room, very friendly staff

Lobby staff was overwhelmed when we arrived during spring break. But when we came back downstairs and asked to have our assigned room on the second floor changed because the ocean view was totally obscured by palm trees, they worked to find us another room. After a short wait we were given an end room on the seventh floor, one floor below penthouse level. The view was spectacular and the peaceful quiet despite the spring break customers was perfect!

All rooms are ocean view - watch out for other hotels with discount rates. You might be looking at the highway! Right next to Sharky's so no need to drive to get to the party! The ocean is just about 50 yards to the water so a very short walk to get enjoying the beach. There is a jet ski rental business on the lot next to the hotel, so you can rent one of those, or take a trip out on a tube behind the ski, or even go parasailing - they offer all 3.

I liked how quick checkin was. And I was able to check in 30mins earlier than expected, so that was a plus! There was a kitchenette in the room, I didn’t use it but was nice to have! The pillows were nice & not limply!

New Hotel, tidy and clean, friendly staff, good location (on Saturday night we heard the mainroad nearby)

This was such a great spot. On the beach and close to restaurants. We had a room with a direct view of the pool (which was heated) and the Gulf. Nice to hear the waves. Room was very clean and comfortable. We called maintenance because our TV was not working and they came right away and fixed the problem. They even followed up the next day with a phone call. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Great value for the money.
