Really good stay, Alyssa at the front desk was lovely. Got us straight in and we were so tired as travelled from england and let us have a slightly later check out, exceptional service.

Connected to the airport, so if youre just passing thru its a good place to rest. Best is the Staff! Front desk sophia was very accomodating, went above her duty to take care of my needs 😄 and so was carlos the bell man. Il be back in a few days!

Easy friendly check in. Nicely appointed rooms with comfy beds and pillows. Location to mall next door is fab, with lots of shopping and eating places. Breakfast superb with very welcoming staff ( Michael) Late check out available , ideal for our very late flight home. Hope to revisit next year!

The room with view was superb! We loved our stay, the Hotel is more like a resort than hotel, we enjoyed the surrounding, the pools and that is pet friendly!

The staff was professional, kind, courteous. Mia faced a challenge when we checked in and she handled it beautifully. The breakfast was very good, restaurant quality. Sat by the pool for tea and a bit of sunshine and it felt very private.

I chose this hotel as the reviews were the best for the area , and I wasn't disappointed. Location from Tampa Airport was only about 20 minutes, then about the same to Bush Gardens ideal for us as our flight came in early evening - so got a great night's sleep before a busy next day. The room was a great size ' had a small fridge and coffee making facilities - not that we used them. Bathroom had large bottles of wash stuff which was nice , hair dryer and plenty of towels. Breakfast selection was really good lots to choose from all lovely and fresh and the eating area was great , very comfortable and Spotlessly clean. Reception staff also very welcoming Very nice hotel , would 100% recommend.

The staff was amazing… the room was very clean and they serve a nice breakfast. We were there for my granddaughters graduation at USF… we came in a little early and they accommodated us. Very nice staff.

Great location for Busch Gardens. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Kitchen facilities were just right. The pool was amazing.

You need a 24-hour employee, there is a customer service phone number but it is not very useful for checking in or out.

Clean, comfortable , lovely pool area and breakfast was good . Coffee in the hallway always available free . Ben on reception was very helpful and kind .

The staff was really nice Kitty and the other gentlemen that came in at 3 pm was exceptional nice. I was very satisfied with everything. Breakfast good.
