L'hotel es correcte pero esperàvem més d'un Hyatt. El penúltim dia ens va atendre un noi de recepció super amable perqué al fer el checkin, la supervisora es va equivocar i ens van cobrar les habitacions tot i que vam demanar que ens ho cobressin d'un altra tarja. Així que a més de cobrar-nos el total de la tarja de la reserva ens van anar cobrant també diàriament el import diari per l'altra tarja. Per sort aquest noi de recepció ens ho va solucionar molt ràpid i tot perfecte. És net.
