I am a very capricious customer. It’s really hard to make me happy. But finally, I found an exceptional hotel where I was completely satisfied and couldn’t find any negatives. First of all, in my comments I noted about my sleep issues and required the quiet room. For two nights I didn't hear a single noise. They made sure that we don't have neighbors and provided us away from the elevators. Secondly, we haven't seen any housekeeping neither in the floor nor in our room. But every single time we returned, it was cleaned, and they brought us some sweet treats, which made my 7-year-old boy very happy. Thirdly, the receptionist, the concierge, and the bell staff were extremely kind and helpful. The bell staff opened the door, helped with luggage, and asked if we needed any assistance each time. The very first moment, one of them politely asked if it was our first time and gave directions to the check-in floor. Also, the person who checked us in did his best, and we were able to check in early. He kindly offered to hold our bags while we took a quick walk to Totte across the road. I was happy and satisfied. I travel a lot and often.

An excellent hotel with great service, friendly staff, good location and high standards. The amount of amenities in the hotel itself (a great bar, souvenir shops, the direct connection to the Prudential center) were all a refreshing surprise after some dreary experiences with European hotels.

Hotel in a great area, we got lucky with an upgraded room. Great facilities and everything all around.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. We arrived early for the Red Sox game, and they took care of our vehicle and checked us into our rooms prior to the game. It is located near Near Newbury Street and only a 30-minute walk to Fenway.

From the moment we were greeted at the lower lobby and guided to the lift by the friendly doorman, we felt warmly welcomed at DoubleTree by Hilton, Boston Downtown. Helena at reception made our check-in experience delightful with her warm hospitality. We especially appreciated the delicious cookies and complimentary internet, thanks to our Hilton Honors membership. A great start to our stay!

This hotel is right in the heart of everything. Very convenient, very youthful vibe. The building has a lot of history to it. The staff is so nice.

The Location is outstanding. A MBTA station is located right next to the hotel and it is a short ride to downtown Boston. Revere beach is also close by and just a short walk.

It was in a nice quiet neighborhood.

I visited Boston for a short conference trip and chose Renu mainly because of its proximity to the conference center. However, I quickly realized that its location was also perfect for exploring the city, with many of Boston’s popular attractions easily accessible. The room was clean, well prepared, and very quiet, which made my stay especially comfortable and peaceful. Accessing the building was easy thanks to the clear instructions provided beforehand. Communication with the team was quick, helpful, and efficient throughout my stay. Overall, I had a great experience.

Staff amazing, location middle of the downtown

Location is strategic if you want to visit Boston for meetings and tourist attractions. Everything is close by either walking or using bus/sub. The staff gave you very good recommendations, they are also kind and friendly.
