No time for breakfast, but we always eat in the restaurant when we arrive. Excellent.

Rooms are comfortable, spacious and tidy. The room has air conditioning, coffee/tea maker, microwave and fridge. Very convenient access to the airport (IAH). Good choice of breakfasts, lunch or dinner also available (for an extra charge)

The staff that I interacted with was very friendly, the meal I ate at the hotel's restaurant was incredible, and the room had many great amenities (including access to Netflix on the TV, etc.).

The nice gentlemen made coffee for us even though they do not offer coffee so that was really kind :)

Security and cleanliness. The premise had multiple locks . The place was pet friendly . And not an extra charge. Comfortable

The person at the reception desk when we arrived was incredibly kind and friendly. Very helpful and accommodating! The hotel is very clean, the rooms are modern and spacious. All the services are present. We stayed there one night while waiting for our flight. The free shuttle service was very efficient and without any problems. I can highly recommend this hotel!! Very comfy bed and pillow. 24hr Airport shuttle. I arrived Houston at 3am and called the hotel for a shuttle. It came to pick me within 30 minutes.

Location is awesome, close proximity to airport is key, free shuttle is excellent, to and from airport, ring them on arrival but best to request collection from Terminal C , easier to find, organise drop off at desk when flying out , value for money, everything was clean , maybe there’s strong smell of cleaning liquid but bearable, helpful staff at desk, Alex is accommodating, swimming pool available, treadmill and other machines available if you fitness fanatic , Jack in The Box right next door if you get hungry, great burgers and egg rolls, breakfast is complimentary, waffles, toast, muffins, doughnuts , cereal, coffee, tea available , highly recommend
