Breakfast was really good and people were really nice all the time. The hotel was also really clean.

Location to waterfront is superb and the roof top pool excellent for a cool off and refreshment.

We liked our room which was large and very comfortable. We liked the lady at the reception who was very kind and special with the kids. We liked the hotel view from our room. We liked the hotel lobby which was large. We loved the waffle machine at breakfast.

The room is very comfortable, mini-apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. It's important for me. The only thing that is frustrating is the large number of deposits that are debited from the card and returned after two weeks. When we change seven to eight hotels per trip, an impressive amount accumulates. Guys, this is not convenient! The only chain of eight hotels that returns money with lightning speed is the Hilton.

Great location, city parking very close to the hotel, rooms were absolutely fantastic, very clean and nicely furnished.

The staff was great. Tried to downgrade my room however made sure that I got the room that I booked after I said that I did not want a downgrade. Room was cleaned very well and looked amazing. So roomy and cozy! We came in and it was at a comfortable temperature too which I loved since it was cold. Kitchen was stocked with necessary items so we could cook breakfast. The lights in the bathroom was amazing too!

Location for the M & T Baltimore Ravens Stadium. A short walk to get there.

Staff was very helpful and friendly and ideally placed for the light rail ,hotel was quiet except one night but overall a great place to stay

There was a nice outside area on the 4th floor to walk around, sit, and even have a picnic and have a nice view of the city
