Friendly and helpful staff. Best service, very comfortable when I’m been in the hotel. I’m really sensitive with smoking but on the floor I was required still had has people smoke.

Exceptional service. We came way earlier than the check - in time and although there were no rooms ready that early, the hotel staff made sure we get the room as soon as one became available. Everyone working at the hotel have been very friendly and helpful, even gave us advice what places to visit and where to eat. The service was truly exceptional! I also liked that the hotel kept open communication via WhatsApp, which made the stay super convenient. They would text us if the laundry was ready or asking if we need anything else, and also sent us a lot of personalised recommendations of places to see and eat. The hotel itself is classy and quite aesthetic. It's located on District 3, behind a closed gate, so away from all the street noise, which made us happy in the night because it was super quiet. Very comfortable stay, we plan to come back when we are back to HCM.

One memorable experience I had was at a hotel with a beautiful green environment. The gardens were well-maintained, providing a peaceful atmosphere. They also had a tennis court, where I spent a lot of time playing. The breakfast was fantastic, featuring a variety of Vietnamese dishes that were delicious. What made the stay even better was the friendliness of the hotel workers, who were always ready to assist with a smile

Location is in very nice area with amazing views. the room was exceptionally prepared for our family , very clean and equipped. Nice place to stay and enjoy a good time

The hotel is located near the center, making it convenient to get around. There is a luggage lift, but I can walk up to the room without any problem

Location was great. Close to great restaurants and other stuff. Can't really do review on the hotel as I didn't have chance to stay there. Not sure why they are offering rooms on booking when they are not interested in renting rooms.

I am on a business trip to Vietnam. I work near this hotel. The receptionist is very helpful and the room servicemen are very friendly. They also have a nice terrace.
