This is my second time staying at Hanoi Lheritage Hotel. The service is excellent, starting from the Front Office staff, Mr. James , who provides information about activities around the hotel. Every question is always answered well. The room is also clean, not noisy, and close to tourist attractions in Hanoi. Highly recommended for those who want to visit Hanoi.

We can’t express enough gratitude to the staff for the most amazing experience we had at this hotel!Service of the very highest level, our stay was absolutely impeccable! A boutique hotel in the center of the Old Quarter, the facilities and rooms were top notch. The staff took the time to get to know us and remember us by name, and they truly went above and beyond. It was our son’s 18th birthday, and they surprised him with a birthday cake and special decorations in his room! The staff all came out to sing and wish him well, and we were truly touched. The location could not be better - literally next to St. Joseph’s cathedral and we could easily walk to the lake, train street, and the fun maze of streets in the Old Quarter. From the general manager to Benni to Kung (spelling?) at the bar, they made our experience truly special and was much better service than the bigger luxury hotel chains. Absolutely will stay here again. Thank you so much guys, see you next time!

Minerva Church Hotel has one of the best locations in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. It sits in the midst of very good spots for dining, coffee, and shopping. Not to mention that it is a few meters away from the church and the lake! Most spot of interest in the area are of comfortable walking distance! This boutique hotel is clean, and feels like home, a good place to return to after being out exploring and shopping all day. We're happy we made this choice! And then, there is staff and team of the hotel who made every effort to make our family vacation in Hanoi comfortable, pleasant, and wonderfully memorable! They answered every question, listened to every request, acted on every need, and were always courteous, patient, and genuinely happy to assist us. From the time we booked our stay with them, they immediately reached out to welcome us and provide us with helpful information about our stay. They welcomed and greeted us with big, friendly, and genuinely warm smiles each day! They arranged the airport pick up for our group of 19, they booked our Halong Bay Cruise, made restaurant reservations for us, and were always just there for us. I would like to make special mention of those who went the extra mile to make our stay pleasant and wonderful...Thomas Bui, Sunny Ng, Lisa, Kevin, Tai, Lua (the girl at breakfast everyday), and the ladies at Housekeeping. Thank you, to the entire Minerva Church Hotel Team! You are wonderful people and we will let the rest of our family and friends know about you! We have and will keep great memories of our time in Hanoi, because we were with our loving family in this beautiful and colorful city, and because of people like the Minerva Church Hotel Team!

Ms. Lucy, an excellent staff member, provided helpful information. We also booked our Halong Bay tour through them, making the process hassle-free.

    They have comfortable, big beds. Good location, few minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and St. Joseph Cathedral, good location. Comfort room is good as well, with hot water. Accommodation includes breakfast just a few steps at another hotel, good breakfast also. Helpful and nice staff. They (Helen) offered us good rates for tours even before arriving, they (Helen and David) sent us via email about some tours they are offering. We love it here. 😁 Thank you so much!
