Had a fantastic stay at Lotte Hotel Hanoi. Everything, from the service, location, room, to the indoor pool exceeded my expectations. The Pharaoh’s Bar & Upper looks much better than in photos. Every staff member I met was genuinely kind, professional, and attentive. especially Ms. Phung Nguyen, who assisted with the airport transfer. One highlight I’d highly recommend is using the hotel’s airport transfer service. I was running late for my flight, and they had someone waiting for me at the airport who helped me skip the queue with priority check-in. Extremely efficient and thoughtful! Also, don’t miss the mango bingsu at the hotel’s restaurant. I’ll definitely stay here again every time I visit Hanoi. Highly recommend !
