Good apartment with great views

Great hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is centrally located and not far from many historical attractions and popular shopping areas. Staff is very courteous, friendly and helpful. The rooms are super spacious.

Clean and comforable room, friendly and attentive staff, nice working environment inside the property, good location.

It was a beautiful experience. It felt majestic to be surrender by gold, the bathroom was nice and the view was so beautiful. The staffs were also warm and the staff at the front desk could converse well in English.

All good. I left a doll at the room and the staff retrieved it for me with no hussel!

The property is lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff have been incredibly helpful and courteous. They assisted me with everything I needed, including holding my bags overnight I ended up staying an extra two nights and they have been very accommodating.

I’m quite a picky person when it comes to hotels (I tend to notice small things like smell, bed sheets, bathroom condition, etc.), so I didn’t expect too much when booking. But the room turned out better than I thought. It was clean, no weird smell at all – which is a big plus for me. The bed sheets looked and felt clean, not overused. The bathroom was also tidy, no damp or slippery feeling. The room isn’t very spacious, and it might feel a bit tight if you have a lot of luggage, but the layout is smart so it doesn’t feel uncomfortable. For a short stay, it works well. Staff weren’t overly friendly but easy to deal with and helpful when needed. The location is convenient, easy to get around, and there are plenty of food options nearby. Overall, for someone quite detail-oriented like me, this place does the basics really well. Not perfect, but comfortable enough that I’d consider coming back.

Keypad hotel is so clean. The space feels new with a current vibe. The rooms are bright with a lot of natural lighting. It is a quiet neighborhood but a 5 min walk will bring you to cafes and restaurants. It is far from the old quarters but the quality is also far from most accommodations there.

For a business hotel, it provides a first - class experience. Its greatest strength were its staff. From the front desk, to the cook, to the cleaners, to the airport service driver, all of them were extremely friendly, thoughtful and patient with guests, and attentive to my every need. So attentive, in fact, that they provided me with a packed breakfast when I left for the airport. That was a touching gesture. The amenities were top - notch as well; the breakfasts are excellent (highly recommended: the Banh Mi breakfast meal), they have free onigiri for evening snacks from 9 PM to midnight, the reading nooks have an excellent collection of manga and provide a comfortable space where you can read, and the hot tub is a relaxing perk that you should not miss (sadly, I was unable to avail of this due to time constraints). The rooms themselves are excellent; clean and comfortable, they have almost everything that you need. The bathtubs are great for soaking in after a long, hard day, with hot water available 24/7. The mini-bar is adequately stocked, but you can add your own drinks and store your own food if you want in the room's mini fridge. And the wifi is fast and reliable; no lag or break in the connection during my stay there. As for the selection of channels in the cable TV service, they have a complete collection of Japanese and Korean cable channels, as well as local channels, CNN, CNA, and HBO. All in all, a 10/10 experience.
