The Sao Mai Boutique hotel was our last stop before leaving Vietnam. Of all the hotels we stayed in Vietnam this was by far the best. The service from all the staff was amongst the best we have ever experienced. The room was tastefully decorated, very clean and very comfortable. Location is ideal in Hanoi because it is nice and quiet at night. If I was on business, I’d be very happy to take clients there. A highly recommended hotel for a great stay in Hanoi.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I want to give special thanks to Luca - he directed me where to go for good food, drinks and general good vibes with locations. Thank you to Miss Fiona for helping me out with a guide on where to go for a relaxing tour of Hanoi at my own pace, after the trip I book got cancelled. Although my trip was short and sweet - to the point I missed out on getting more names to give thanks for, so please forgive me - I certainly would enjoy the chance to visit again. The hotel is central, so the location is perfect to explore the Hanoi Old Quarter on foot. Will visit again
