Rooms are spacious and comfortably laid out, with a mini kitchenette; the pool is wonderful, open 24/7, and very welcoming after a day of touring (along with the jacuzzi); finally, the cafe offers an excellent breakfast and refreshment throughout the day.

This is by far the most elegant hotel we have ever stayed in. The location was great, the staff was very accommodating, and the buffet was truly incredible. The building is beautiful, we lived everything about our stay!

Excellent value for money. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped with a Smart TV, mini bar, excellent location and all the essential amenities. Breakfast was decent. The highlight was the wonderful staff, especially Pamela at the front desk, who made check out fast, smooth, and very pleasant

TLDR - Perfect hotel and amazing staff for a truly comfortable stay! - Initially we were only staying here for 6 nights, but have happily extended my stay for nearly 2 weeks! 📍LOCATION - M Village Hotel is in a perfect location just outside the craziness of District 1. You can easily choose to walk or take a cheap Grab in. (~30k VND) The hotel is super close to 711 & Family Mart for quick supplies. It is also super close to a large park which is a great contrast to such a busy city. Ground level is also a well airconed open cafe which has great coffee and perfect to sit and wait for your Grab. 🪥AMENITIES - M Village has proper amenities. Instead of the usual small blocks of soap, they supply proper liquid body wash, shampoo etc. This is important for me as I like to take multiple showers in such a hot climate. Complimentary water everyday is also very appreciated! (Plus you can refill water in the kitchen or laundry). The self-serve washer and dryer was also easy to use. Gym was great too which I used a couple of times. I also really liked the shared kitchen. It was very clean and had all the dining ware needed if you were to Grab some food to eat back in your room. 🙆🏻‍♀️STAFF - All the staff here was a highlight for me - the main staff, the house keepers, security guard - all are super genuine! A few mentions would be Sunnie, Jay, Jack, Thuy, Sean, Mandy (and a few more I didn't get the names to) They were all super helpful and just easy to talk to. What I loved was the easy option of communicating to them via WhatsApp making it super easy to send links etc. A quick story - my partner got a little sick (coughing) during the trip. Because we were visiting aged relatives, we wanted to be cautious and make sure it wasn't covid. We weren't able to find any Antigen Test Kits but Sunnie wanted to help and call around and successfully found us a few! This was totally not a requirement but she just genuinely wanted to help ❤️. Good location, very helpful staff! One of the few places we have been in Vietnam where the pictures of the room are really rappresentative of what you are gonna find once you open the door. Everything was clean and new and the room was spacious enough to open two big luggages.

Very comfy beds, big rooms and really clean. The breakfast is delicious and you can choose from plenty different things. Also we felt very welcome by the owner. Would definitely come back.

The staff was amazing. Super helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to help us resolve a SimCard renewal issue we encountered. Their communication was excellent, always notifying us (via WhatsApp) of anything of concern (e.g. notifying us ahead of time that the room we originally were to get had a air conditioner issue and that we would get an equivalent one). We stayed there on two separate groups of days thus stayed in two different rooms. The one in the ground floor was great, spacious and comfortable. The other room was a smaller unit with the bed on the mezzanine. It was also fine though the ceiling was really low at the mezzanine (I am 163cm) and my head was almost touching the ceiling). The location at the end of a short allleyway ensured peace and quiet. The use of filtered drinking water instead of water bottles is an excellent I initiative.

The location is great. The staff is next level. We arrived before check-in and they had a room that was just being cleaned. They allowed early check-in about 20 minutes. When we entered the room, it wasn’t the cleanest, but I was okay with it because they didn’t want us waiting too long for the room.

Exceptional service. We came way earlier than the check - in time and although there were no rooms ready that early, the hotel staff made sure we get the room as soon as one became available. Everyone working at the hotel have been very friendly and helpful, even gave us advice what places to visit and where to eat. The service was truly exceptional! I also liked that the hotel kept open communication via WhatsApp, which made the stay super convenient. They would text us if the laundry was ready or asking if we need anything else, and also sent us a lot of personalised recommendations of places to see and eat. The hotel itself is classy and quite aesthetic. It's located on District 3, behind a closed gate, so away from all the street noise, which made us happy in the night because it was super quiet. Very comfortable stay, we plan to come back when we are back to HCM.

The foods are simple but great! The staff are friendly and very accomodating. The room is good for it's price.
