NetherlandsWe stayed three nights in Elephant Walk tented camp and for us it was a real discovery.
The lodge is situated just 200 meters from the Crocodile bridge and 300 meters from the Krüger Park Crocodile bridge gate. The lodge is situated at the Crocodile River with the Krüger Park at the other side of the river. So it is a beautiful location and for the game drives in Krüger it is just a very short drive.
It used to be an existing lodge with a small capacity. But recently they build a brand-new beautiful building with restaurant, terrasses with river view and luxury living space. We had the privilege of being the very first guests in the new configuration.
The 12 tents are beautiful decorated with comfortable beds, nice bathroom, air-condition etc. The kitchen is very good, and the staff does everything to make your stay enjoyable. Due to the very short distance to the Kruger gate you are quickly in the park and the game drives were very nice with Simon as an experienced ranger In our view the prices are moderate for what is offered. We really enjoyed every minute of our stay in Elephant Walk tented Camp and we will be back.

Easy entry to the marvelous Kruger national park.
Easy entry to the marvelous Kruger national park. Get there early to avoid queues especially at weekends and holidays. I wholeheartedly recommend taking a guided tour, the external guides are best, I used "My African Safari" and Dylan was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable, passionate and great fun. I would suggest a half day to begin with, after that you'll be able to self drive with a better idea of the surroundings.

Fantastic hospitality. We were greeted with juice, and hot hand towels when we arrived and after game drives. The lodge was clean and in a great location next to Crocodile river from which we could actually see some of the animals in the Kruger National Park. It was also like an 8 minute drive to Crocodile Bridge Gate. The lodge also had their own game drives which was really convenient. We were driven by Gilmon who was kind, friendly and knowledgeable about the park.

Komati Friends is located very close to the Crocodile Bridge entrance to Kruger National Park. There are grocery stores and gas available if needed nearby.

Meeting Sue was a real highlight of our trip. We really appreciated her hospitality, insights to the region and advice on the hotspots within Kruger Park. The accommodation was excellent, large and really comfortable. The pool provides the centerpiece of the complex which looks really great. We were satisfied with the the breakfast options and we also appreciated dinner on the first night of our stay having arrived in the evening. The Crocodile Bridge Gate is just over 10 minutes away. Sue will ensure you have a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The location is very close to the crocodile bridge gate of Kruger Park and easy to find! The house and garden is so authentic and beautiful ♥️ the owners are just adorable and always ensuring your wonderful stay. The breakfast was also very good and I loved the dogs company :)
The best stay we had in south africa and unfortunately only for one night.. would always come back! ♥️

We stayed at The Crocodile Bridge Safari Lodge at the start of October. The location is incredible. You’re about a minute away from the crocodile bridge gate. We saw a number of animal from hotel’s viewing deck and from our room. Including elephants and lioness with her two cubs scaring impalas. The staff and management at the hotel are very friendly and the food is freshly cooked every night. You get a chance to sit around the fire pit and swap stories with other guests. We will most definitely return next time we visit Kruger.

We had a great time staying at this family-run hotel. Host Michelle is very friendly and welcoming. She moved our family to an alternative location due to an issue in the room. The room is very clean and comfortable, with delicious breakfast served. One day we had to leave early for Mozambique, Michelle packed our breakfast to go,very heartwarming.
The house is right next to Kruger National Park Crocodile Bridge gate, great location. Our alternative house is near a lot of Hippos, you can hear them all the time.
