If you want to stay in paradise. it is a luxury hotel, the rooms are very well decorated, first-rate service, excellent quality products, as well as wonderful wines. It is impeccable. I have nothing to say against this hotel, everything was perfect. We chose to stay at the hotel for the second time and enjoyed the visit to the winery, wine tasting and dinner with wonderful meat at the Taphuis restaurant. The breakfast is excellent with a welcome sparkling wine and also first-class service with very attentive people and delicious dishes.

Breathtaking views in the pool area. It felt like a treat to be able to hang out there and relax. short walk to beautiful wineries like Takara and Delaire Graffe. Staff were helpful in making reservations and renovations. The welcome drinks and cheese platter were a nice touch.

Helshoogte Pass

For a place whose name means “Hell’s Heights,” this road is heavenly. It winds along dramatic mountains, lush vineyards and fragrant fruit farms. You can go by car or by bike. And make sure to stop off at Pniel – this quaint village enjoys a stunning mountain backdrop, with the whitewashed church contrasting gorgeously with the blue skies and craggy folds of rock.
