The staff is very friendly, the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety. The rooms were nice and clean.

The staff were amazing to cater to all our needs. The maintenance old guy is sweet and made sure our stay was comfortable. Our AC was having some issue and he came to fix it during the night. Great Staff, very accommodating and dedicated.

The hotel is right on the beach with a long paved promenade. There was a lot of interesting activity to watch from our hotel balcony and we felt safe wandering around, even in the evening because there were many people enjoying the weekend.

It's near to all areas like shops n the beach

Exceptional, i should have stay longer, the sea view was nice and calming, service was super good. The breakfast was good and waiters are really attentive, they dont let your empty plate stay long on your table.

I booked a last-minute stay while driving through Durban with my son, desperately needing a place to rest. In my exhausted state at 1 AM, I accidentally booked for the wrong date. To my surprise, the host answered my call within three rings—something I’ve never experienced before—and went out of his way to accommodate us without hesitation. The apartment was spotless and well-prepared, even though the booking was unexpected. Nothing was missing, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. It was exactly as described in the listing, but even more stunning in person. My son felt completely at ease, and I appreciated how child-friendly the space was. Everything we needed was provided, so I had no reason to bother the host further during our stay. On top of the beautiful apartment, the host's dedication to ensuring his guests are comfortable and well-cared-for is remarkable. Hats off to you for your outstanding service! It’s a perfect venue for Comrades every year. They had breakfast for us from 2am on the day or race and a great dinner the night before for runners and their Families and Friends.
