We had a wonderful stay at this place. Upon arrival we got a free room upgrade, which was really nice of them! The hotel is pretty close to the train station. The room also had some tea and coffee stuff and a kettle, which was nice! The whole hotel has a unique character with old pictures hanging in the hallways (assuming of people who owned the place in the past?) and old but very functional fixtures. The dining area where breakfast is served is very spacious and wonderful from where you can look out into their rose garden which looks very pretty. We also found the breakfast buffet options at this place to be most varied among the places we stayed at in the region. Overall a wonderful experience!

Surrounded by a large garden, Waldhuus Bellary is peacefully located at the foot of the Eiger Mountain at the edge of Grindelwald and, the hotel has been renovated into a retro 70s style. Clean and tidy. Comfortable beds. Exceptional view ❤️.
