We loved our stay! We arrived later on the day and were immediately greeted by Miguel, the host who explained everything for us and was always a great help. The cabin was amazing! The views of the lake are breathtaking, the interior is very cozy and we felt right at home. The beds were super comfortable, in the little kitchenette, you find everything for a basic dinner and the wifi was working smoothly. The bathroom was very clean and tasteful as the whole apartment!

Amazing views of the lake, the rooms were clean and cozy and the hosts were gracious in helping us find recommendations for the area. Would highly recommend this place if in the area. The hosts made dinner each night and it was some of the best food we had on Carretera Austral!

The host was mean and hostile from the moment we got there. The first and only bad experience I had on our trip. Stay away from this place and save yourself the trouble.

Yemyeşil bir bahçe ile çevrili Mallin Colorado Ecolodge, General Carrera Gölü manzaralı ahşap kır evleri sunmaktadır. Incredible location, nice (and warm) communal areas and fantstic food each night prepared by chef Venecia. Portions are huge so easy to share meals/starters/mains. On the property itself there’s an incredibly rewarding hike with some of the best views we had on our trip (but you need to walk all the way to the end!). Staff are delightful - a special mention for Belén who is the sweetest!

I like their story. They just bought the property a year ago and are fixing it up...and doing an amazing job. Nice to see. The place was quiet and had a rustic charm to it. Breakfast was superb. Luis, the owner, was kind enough to make a special tea for our road trip as I wasn't feeling well. Great hospitality.
