Even all their animals, dogs and cats are super friendly and affectionate. We just adored all of it and the way they look after their guests. Highly recommended. I'll be back

The food was also really good, especially breakfast!

The location was incredible and our stay in the tree house was very comfortable. All the staff were very kind and attentive, helping us to decide and arrange tours for everything we wanted to do. Luis even kindly rescued us from a tarantula who had made its home in our room! Arranging a private boat to the hotel was very easy and facilitated by Natura.
