Casa Hotel La Cherna ligger i Bahía Solano, 17 minutters gange fra El Almejal-stranden, og har gratis WiFi, klimaanlegg og adgang til en hage med en terrasse. This was the favourite place I stayed during this trip to Colombia. The property is right on the beach, with incredible views from the balcony and hammocks. 2 mins to the town and also within walking distance of many good restaurants. The room was so clean and comfortable - fully sealed, so less humid than other places I stayed at in the area, with AC, fan and a TV! And most importantly, Alejandro and his mother are the most wonderful hosts - Alejandro took me for a walk around the town when I first arrived and gave me some great restaurant recommendations. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt completely at home here. Muchísimas gracias, Alejandro!

The village is very nice, i would recommend visiting Termales.

It’s super easy to get to the hotel, with flights to Nuquí from Medellin and Bogota, very affordable. The best part of Irana Pacific Hotel is the staff, special thanks to Marcela, Eber, and Diana, who made our stay so fun and memorable!

El Vijo is a paradise, I would especially recommend it for groups and couples. It is about a 20 mins walk to the next (very) small village, although the walk is not always possible due to the tide. Adolpho and Deude did an amazing job. The food was delicious and Adolpho very kind and helpful. As a solo traveller I would recommend somewhere else but for couples seeking tranquility or groups of friends looking for an amazing experience I would highly recommend it. Looking forward to my next stay there.
