It’s fabulous and wildlife is everywhere! Lots of lovely artistic touches around the house make it feel very special and the house has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Masai was on hand at all times to help with any requests we had and the fact that laundry was thrown in free was a massive bonus. All in all we had a really special time at Congo Bongo which we will remember forever.

Yellow cottage was fantastic with the big covered porch. The owners Marise and Peter wonderful and so helpful with taxi, tours. It is like a nature preserve.

The hosts are delightful, plaeasant, informative and always eager to answer questions and make suggestions to enhance your vacation. The dwellings and property are spotless. Because the property is in the jungle, the sounds of nature are all around. It is easy to get to the national park in Cauhita. We rented bikes as our mode of transportation but the property is best enjoyed with a vehicle. The pool is magnificent, large and surrounded by natural vegetation.

They took me in like family! The lady who got me checked in was so nice and gracious! The cottages are lovely. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. I loved the thought and care that went into fitting these cottages for a stay in a place teeming with plants, animals, and bugs. A walk with their gardener is an absolute must! Aureliano is such a warm, friendly man and he takes great pains to introduce you to the flora and fauna around. If you visit, stay for at least 2 nights to really enjoy the space! A night's stay isn't adequate.
