We loved the place due to its big surrounding garden, which is stunning and beautifully taken care of, and the team there which is super welcoming. The delicious breakfast was a new experience every day. You can spot wild animals (birds, frogs, spiders ...) on the premises and can hear the howler monkeys and many other sounds at night. I loved the power outlet on the patio. We would definetely come back!

Amazing place, the garden is like a botanical garden with loads of animals and at the same time so peaceful and nice. Lovely beach just outside the door so we spent the days jumping in waves and then chilling in the garden at the pool.

Set 80 metres from Negra, Playa Grande Lodge & Tree House offers a garden, a terrace and accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. We had an excellent stay at Playa Grande Lodge. The grounds are lovely with plenty of wildlife. We were really lucky as we even saw a sloth in the garden! Our appartment was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The fact that the hotel is beachfront was a big bonus. We loved going for a morning walk on Playa Grande to watch the sunrise. And finally the hosts, Gianluca and Mia, are wonderfull: very welcoming and they gave us great tips for exploring the area. Would highly reccomend!
