Aurora Husky Hut ligger i Enare (Inari) i Finske Lappland, og tilbyr overnatting med tilgang til gratis privat parkering i tillegg til en badstue. Kokeplater og vannkoker finnes også tilgjengelig. It's truly in the middle of nowhere. There are just 3 cabins and a Sauna hut. Complete privacy, silence and beautiful trails to walk. One has to get the water from the hole in the frozen river few meters from the sauna. It's a bare bones wilderness cabin experience yet very cozy and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and answer all your questions. There is a wood fireplace in the cabin and the wood is provided. The huskies are nearby. They howl when the Aurora's are out.

Surrounded by nature and hiking trails, Vaattunki Wilderness Resort is located 24 km from Rovaniemi city centre. Location was amazing, great friendly staffs and newly renovated cottage with great foods at restaurant for both dinner and breakfast.

Lodge 67°N Lapland is located in the centre of Äkäslompolo and at the foot of Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park. Free WiFi and parking are available. It is a cozy, peaceful, small inn. The people who run it treated us like friends. They answered all our questions about the area, checked in about how are experiences were, and were just friendly and helpful in every way! There is a washer and dryer, fabulous saunas, and delicious buffet breakfast. We could walk to ski trails, shops and restaurants. We didn't really need a car.

Slopeside Luppo - Original Log Cabin, Sauna, Ski 100m ligger i Pyhätunturi. Overnattingsstedet ligger 21 kilometer fra Amethyst Mine og har en terrasse og gratis privat parkering. Authentic cabin, you have entire unit for yourself. Newly furnished kitchenette is fully functional. Cozy sauna and a big fireplace. Drying cupboard is very useful. The hosts are super helpful and are ready to assist you during your stay. All essentials are there, everything that you may need. I loved their attention to details: there are spare batteries, nice pot to cook poronkäristys, and even cinnamon for rice porridge. Another aspect: we were happy we booked a final cleaning (and I recommend it to other guests), it saves you time and worries in the morning of check-out.

Bare 16 kilometer fra Arktikum vitenskapssenter og museum ligger Aava Riverside. Dette overnattingsstedet har en hage, et privat strandområde og tilgang til gratis WiFi. It is very cozy and well equipped. Very clean and looks very new. It felt somehow a bit like home. We would come back for sure!

Little Elves Cabin har en hage og utsikt mot hagen, og ligger i Rovaniemi, 16 minutters gange fra Julenisselandsbyens postkontor og 1,1 kilometer fra Santa Claus Village - Christmas House. So cozy and warm on a cold evening in northern Finland. Everything I needed for my night’s stay. Friendly owners and clear instructions. Close to Santa’s Village.

Elves Cabin Wagon ligger i Rovaniemi, 16 minutters gange fra Julenisselandsbyens postkontor og 1,1 kilometer fra Santa Claus Village - Christmas House. It was very close to the Santa Claus Village and it was big enough for us, comfortable and easy, shower and toilet in the separate building were warm and very nice! I liked that the keeper Olli was very welcoming and hospitable and there for us when we needed him.

The Fell ligger i Levi i Finske Lappland, og tilbyr overnatting med tilgang til gratis WiFi og gratis privat parkering i tillegg til en badstue. Boenhetene er utstyrt med klimaanlegg og boblebad. This is the most amazing lodge. Everything was absolutely perfect. All of the facilities were excellent, and the location couldn't have been better, so peaceful. A stay everyone should experience.

Ranua Haistila Retreat with Elegant Views & Sauna near Rovaniemi ligger i Ranua i Finske Lappland, med Ranua dyrepark bare 16 kilometer unna. It was a PERFECT one week stay in this cottage. My son, my wife and me were there from January 1st to February 5th. It was a dream. Very elegant furnished house, a lot of snow, 3 bedrooms, big living room, well equipped kitchen, and a wooden stove. Yes - its in the middle of nowhere (okay - 20min until the next supermarket), but I slept like a STONE (no cars, no pigeons, nothing, just complete silence). We did several excursions, planned and booked by the owners (ask them!!), private Santa Meeting (not that commercial thing in Santa village), reindeer farm visit with a walk, etc. I can HIGHLY recommend this cottage. Would book it again every time - until next year (since we have no snow in Austria we need to go Lappland :))) Thank you SO much for hosting us - it was a pleasure :)
