The caravan was spotless, cosy and homely. All necessary utensils provided for cooking & even hand wash, dish detergent etc. We stayed near Christmas and there were some fab little Xmas decs provided and mince pies & local biscuits :). Smart TV is a bonus as was the hot tub which was perfect temperature and really good quality. Such a quiet but central location for exploring Cornwall. We have stayed in countless caravans but this was our favorite of all time. We will look forward to returning! Thanks for the mince pies :)

Hot tub was amazing, comfy bed, it gets so nice and warm at night! Really enjoyed all the animals, they are so sweet and smart. Nicola and her family are such good people! Nicola made sure we had everything we needed and even let us know about events going on locally at the time of our stay.

This place had such a homely, rustic feel to it, perfect for couples getaways or with friends like I did! The fire kept the whole place warm and facilities were exceptional. What more could you want then waking up to the sunrise and the fresh country breeze! Fire pit has all the things you need to get the fire going as well. Would highly recommend!
