Also near enough to explore Dartmoor and Tavistock, which is a lovely town. There is a picnic table as you step outside the hut and then also a raised grass area up a few steps with a pair of chairs and small table, so two areas to sit outside.

Quirky secluded stay down a well-kept and very well lit track from the carpark. The instructions were excellent, the key, a torch, etc, all very accessible and the guest's needs really thought about. Wonderful! The cottage is tucked away in beautiful, interesting woodland with the sound of the stream below. Gorgeous location. The accommodation is exceptionally well equipped with everything you need. /the area is lovely too. Highly recommended!

Located in Braunton in the Devon region and Lundy Island reachable within 25 km, The Gallery Lodges provides accommodation with free WiFi, BBQ facilities, a garden and free private parking. Exceptionally beautiful lodge with everything you could want. We could’ve turned up with just a suitcase. Fully equipped kitchen with hob and microwave; even had a Tupperware box. There was also a good selection of local area books and walking/cycling maps. After a long day cycling the Tarka Trail we enjoyed the peace of the surroundings whilst drinking wine on the verandah and enjoying the rustle of the grass and eucalyptus trees. Braunton is small but quite lively for its size. It has some good cafes and restaurants with a good range of independent shops and about 4 well stocked water sports shops. Peter and Julie were there if we needed them but generally left us alone to enjoy the lodge. I think it’s one of the most lovely places I’ve ever stayed and we’d love to come back.

Blue Water Breaks - Dawlish Warren has garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Dawlish, 1.1 km from Red Rock Beach. Everything! Ruth was friendly as she welcomed us after a last-minute booking due to walking out of our previously booked property. Ruth even went to get us a yummy cream tea. The location was peaceful and great for visiting family nearby. Everything was clean and well presented. We loved the decked area that was secure for our dog. We'll definitely very returning. Thank you! 😊
