Absolutely everything was amazing, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my stay, with added extras to make the perfect romantic scene and making sure every little detail was attended too, anything we needed or wanted was sorted with no issues and quick responses. The place is amazing, if you think the pictures look amazing it’s even better in real life!! With stunning views you will have an unforgettable and unique experience staying here. I stayed for 3 nights and wish I had booked longer. The breakfast is amazing too with a good selection of different things. I highly recommend this place if you looking for that unique one of a kind experience you won’t be disappointed!

Attractively located right in the heart of Ubud, Kemari Ubud offers pool views and a terrace. Property was beautiful and the room was great. Clean, big, and comfortable. It had a smart tv, water, kettle, tea and coffee. The staff are great, we would like to especially mention Yoga, as he is very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was a great addition. Also great location, close to all restaurants in the centre. When I return to Ubud, I will stay here.

There are a few quiet places left in Bali that remind you of just how reflective and restorative this island can be - Sanda Eco Cabins is one of those special places. I came up here solo for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my stay. The location is nestled up on a small mountain in the jungle. The whole property is one beautifully cultivated garden. The family that operates the space are all super kind and friendly but also seem to understand if you are there for some solitude. I read my face off - it was wonderful. The food at the restaurant is as good as they say in the reviews. Yuni and her family put a lot of time and care into the food they serve. It's also pretty flippin' cool that most of the produce comes from the land - I had an avocado tree right out of my room. I intentionally stayed away from my phone (which was great). I don't have any photos but they wouldn't do the place justice anyway. If you are looking for something quiet outside of Buleland, don't hesitate to book a cabin here. Another random note - I also had very lengthy and interesting conversations with another guest there. Two total strangers from different places on that planet ended up talking for hours about all sorts of personal things. Sanda Eco Cabins brings that sort of thing out of you.

Both WiFi and private parking are available at the lodge free of charge.... It has the most incredible view in the world. Each sunset 🌅 is magic. The staff is always attentive to your needs, everything is very clean. The staff is always smiling. I don't think I've ever been so happy in a place.

I usually don’t write long reviews, but this place and the surroundings of Amlapura are truly worth the attention. The host and the whole team were very well organised, kind and attentive. We came with the intention of exploring several places around Amlapura, and it was extremely convenient that the host offered transport services – not only as a driver, but also as a guide. The car was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The host was exceptionally thoughtful and helpful. We genuinely felt like guests rather than customers – everything was taken care of with great care. The bungalows were comfortable and well equipped, with a small kitchenette, fridge, kettle, coffee and tea. The bathroom always had hot water, good toiletries and umbrellas, which were useful both during rain and strong sunshine. Rooms were cleaned daily, and it always lifted our mood to find cute towel decorations, different every day. Massage services were very convenient, as the therapists came directly to the bungalow. After arriving tired in the evening, a massage on the terrace was a perfect way to relax, and I also enjoyed starting some mornings with a massage. The pool is small but clean and refreshing. A special highlight is the location next to the river, with easy access for swimming. Across the river there is a small forest and beautiful palm views, and the sound of flowing water softens the town noise. The place is calm, cosy and relaxing. Highly recommended – we would gladly return.

Boasting a year-round outdoor pool, Alaya Ecolodge in Pemuteran features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. Very calm and friendly atmosphere. We stayed in a charming and uniquely well-preserved and clean wooden house. The staff were consistently helpful while also respecting our privacy. The food was of good quality.

Located 11 km from Neka Art Museum, Sacred Beji by GenuineHost offers an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. We chose the Sacred Beji to enjoy its calm jungle surroundings and it did not disappoint. The setting was very private and we enjoyed the use of the pool (shared by two villas) almost exclusively for ourselves. The staff at Sacret Beji was ready to help us with anything - Ami in particular made the extra effort and assisted us with various requests including booking us an amazing massage at the premises. The Jackfruit Restaurant, which is part of the larger complex, had a large variety of food, and everything we tried there was delicious. We explored the surrounding areas by scooters but anyone can easily hire cheap taxis to get around - Ubud is about 30 minutes south and Mt Batur is about 45 minutes north :)

I can wholeheartedly say this is the most special place I’ve ever stayed. Rice terraces transformed into a stunning, well-tended garden with a few cottages, each one completely private, surrounded by nature and the gentle sound of flowing water everywhere. The only noise you’ll hear is the forest! The room is simple, with large windows overlooking the view. The family takes care of everything with kindness and love, always with a smile and true generosity of spirit. The food is excellent and abundant, and it’s clear that everything is made with love - from the garden’s care to every grain of rice on the plate. There’s a private stream you can bathe in, and plenty of nearby trails to explore. The scenery is breathtaking and the area feels truly authentic.

Located 32 km from Tanah Lot Temple, Oemah Tepi Sawah provides accommodation with a garden, a terrace and a concierge service for your convenience. It’s a charming and well-maintained lodge. The grounds are beautiful and it’s a delight seeing all the organically grown fruit and vegetables within the grounds. It was very peaceful and a true place to unwind. Communication was top notch from the moment we made our booking through to check in and check out. The staff were super-helpful and spoke a good standard of English. I highly recommend Oemah Tepi Sawah.
