We loved everything about this place. I found some great accommodation options in Nusa Penida and it was tough to decide which one to go with, but I'm SO glad we ended up staying at Marilea Bamboo Villas Concept. For once the Internet didn't lie - if anything actually the photos here don't do the villas justice at all. Each one is massive and incredibly well designed, the views are unbelievable and the staff are the nicest and most helpful people you'll ever meet. Also, in the morning you can see loads of monkeys hanging out in the trees at the end of the villas, which was so cool. Honestly, just hanging out at our villa was probably our favourite part of being on the island. And in the evening there's a free shuttle to an amazing sunset spot for dinner/drinks.

The hotel staff are very kind and always ready to help with anything. Although the hotel is a bit remote, the staff are always happy to pick you up from the drop-off point — they even picked us up in the pouring rain at midnight😰 The breakfasts are delicious. We stayed in a charming and uniquely well-preserved and clean wooden house. The staff were consistently helpful while also respecting our privacy. The food was of good quality.

The property is a hidden gem away from the hustle bustle at Ubud. Amazing stay and a very very beautiful property. The staff was welcoming and always served us with a smile. The breakfast was amazing. I would 100% recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in a calm and serene environment. A perfect relaxation spot.

This place is so peaceful and so relaxing in the middle of the green nature. I really liked to wake up in the morning with daylight and field view. They really did an amazing job to make you feel so welcome. The hosts are so lovely people and very familiar, they will help you with everything you need. The breakfast is excellent and I tried for the first time pisang goreng (fried banana) the best in my opinion. I could also use a motorbike to go to jatiluwih rice fields it is only 20 min driving
