Everything was absolutely fantastic! Location perfect, room size excellent, staff could not do anymore to help. Paul, Tracey and the rest of the staff looked after us even organising things before we knew we needed them. From pick up and return of rental gear to ensuring breakfast to cater for our daughter with a dairy allergy everything was amazing. Thank you so much!

Helpful and friendly host that took good care of us and recommended ski resorts/restaurants. There are two private onsen in the property to have a proper bath after a full day of snowboarding/skiing. And the breakfast was amazing as well

A 10-minute drive from Hakuba Happo-One Winter Ski Resort, Pension Tomato offers spacious Western-style rooms with a loft area. Wow wow WOW. We didn't want to leave. This place was amazing. The two onsens are super plush. The owners are amazing people and we would highly recommend eating breakfast and/or dinner with them.

A 10-minute walk from Happo One Ski Resort, guests at Log Cottage Epoch can rent out an entire cottage. Each spacious cottage comes with free Wi-Fi and includes a kitchen and a living room. Location is great and the host was fantastic. Toshi offered us several lifts to restaurants and a supermarket.

Set in Hakuba, Il Bosco offers free WiFi, and guests can enjoy free bikes, a terrace and a restaurant. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Delightful in every way. Long to go back in the winter to see Il Bosco buried in snow. The wonderful owners, Naomi and Koki, could not be more hospitable. So helpful and kind. Freshly baked bread at breakfast and great pasta for dinner. I feel very nostalgic about my stay.

The location was awesome, quiet and tucked away but 30 seconds to Main Street echoland. The downstairs common area was soothing and relaxing, warm and inviting. I can’t say enough about Matsua and his hospitality and willingness to help. I HIGHLY suggest Pension Marrionette for several reasons. I’m solo but had two beds and upstairs loft that was either for morning relaxing yoga or to house another two individuals. I hope I return and can enjoy the Marionette again soon.

Twin Peaks Lodge in Hakuba offers family rooms with garden or mountain views. Some rooms include a wardrobe, a tatami floor, and carpeted floors. Shared bathrooms feature hairdryers. Everything! Awesome staff, good location, nice and clean, breakfast was yummy

The location is perfect, just a short walk up to Goryu.The staff are amazing ,so easy to talk to and very helpful with everything.Pickup and dropoffs from train or bus station,Heru even booked our bus tickets to Nagano for us then drove us to 7/11 to pay. The osen downstairs is a joy after a long day skiing. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and could not be happier !
