يبعد مكان إقامة "Shanti Bungalow" مسافة 1.1 كم عن شاطئ كوميناتو (Kominato Beach) ويوفر حديقة، وتراس، ووحدات إقامة مكيفة مع شرفة وواي فاي مجاني. It's a few shared bungalows in a remote area of Chichi-Jima island, and you're in the middle of nature. For me what really made the stay fantastic was the staff and other guests. Important is to understand the location, are there are no stores, or shops at all nearby, other than a coffee place. So, you have to plan your meals and drinks ahead of time, if you have a car then you can be anywhere on the island in 15 minutes. Personally I used a bicycle to get around but there are strong slopes and it can be rough but also fun going downhill. It's near Kominato beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Island, great for swimming and snorkeling. There is WiFi and mobile service works okay too.
