Situated in Kandy, 3 km from Kandy City Center Shopping Mall and 3.3 km from Bogambara Stadium, No63 Amy's features accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, a garden and a terrace. One of my top 3 stays in Sri Lanka, and overall, one of the best stays of all my travels! I stayed there in mid November '25. Absolutely beautiful place, in a rather quiet area in Kandy, such a serene environment and energy, a very lovely garden giving vibes of a small Italian village. The house is so uniquely and beautifully furnished and decorated, stunning views with big windows and doors open so the tropical breeze gently flows through. Rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Very generous and tasty breakfast, coffee/tea available throughout the day. The owner is not present at all times, but I could still meet her and she was very lovely. Ravi, the guy who takes care of the place and the guests, handles everything on spot and does it with such a kind heart, he enjoys if the guests take time to have a chat with him or play some games. They have a couple of rooms upstairs and only one downstairs. When booked, I was under the impression (by the pictures) the room would be upstairs, but was given the one downstairs, with much less light and modest views. Ravi could not address the issue at first so quickly, and as I understood, the other rooms were taken or just being cleaned after a checkout. Though I did not request to change the room, Ravi could obviously sense my disappointment, as I actually did book the place for the views of the room to enjoy for two nights. So after a bit of time, Ravi came to me suggesting he would clean a room upstairs that was just checked out, as fast as possible, so I could have a room I actually desired and booked. Though I kindly said he did not have to go through the trouble, he insisted. As I understood, it was also the owner's order. So, it was one of the most humble encounters and services of a kind, for them to really care for my wellbeing, and I so highly appreciate it. Thank you Ravi and the Owners (sorry I've lost the name) for your kind service and providing such a special place for guests to stay ♡

Set 6.7 km from Bogambara Stadium, The Traveller Kandy offers accommodation with a garden, a terrace and room service for your convenience. Booked for two nights, extended for four. One of my favorite stays in Sri Lanka! Beautiful teracce, spotless clean and modern rooms. Also, the price is great. We stayed in similar rooms in South which were 4x more expensive. It’s just 10min away from the centre and believe me - Kandy is much better outside the centre :D You can order your food there or just uber it. The host Harshana is wonderful. He has travelled/worked abroad and we had a lot to talk about. He helped with the visa extension too, very grateful for that. P.S. Don’t go trough the mountains, follow directions in booking.

With Kandy railway station reachable in 3.5 km, 88th Hanthana provides accommodation, a restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a terrace. The property was really clean and the staffs were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast at this hotel was the best during our trip. We also enjoyed the pool with the beautiful scenery view of the mountains and hills.

Located 13 km from Kandy Royal Botanic Gardens, The Cloud Resort provides accommodation with a garden, a terrace and room service for your convenience. Excellent view, friendly staff.

Offering a sun terrace and views of the mountain, Sanatha Suwaya is set in Kandy in the Kandy District Region, 1.6 km from Kandy Royal Botanical Gardens. Ceylon Tea Museum is 2.9 km away. Gorgeous property, amazing view, such a wonderful place for yoga and meditation nestled high in the hills. Breakfast was delicious. The owner Michael and the manager Krishan are so kind and unbelievably helpful. Definitely recommend, and I'd come back anytime if I'm on a proper vacation!

Featuring mountain views, Tedro home stay provides accommodation with a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace, around 3.9 km from Kandy Museum. We had an amazing one-night stay at Tedro Homestay and would absolutely give them 5 stars! The room was spotless and very well maintained, making it super comfortable. The family was incredibly warm and welcoming. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It was clear that they value people more than money, which made the experience feel so genuine and heartfelt. The breakfast was also really delicious and freshly prepared. Such wonderful, kind people. I’d highly recommend Tedro Homestay to anyone looking for a clean, cozy stay with the friendliest hosts!

Providing mountain views, Paradise Point Nature Cabana Kandy in Kande provides accommodation, a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. From the moment I arrived, I was surrounded by a beautiful, peaceful setting that instantly made us relax. The cabana is spotless and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful details that make you feel at home. I especially loved the eco-friendly approach—it’s clear that sustainability is a priority without sacrificing comfort. The owner is absolutely amazing: warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making every guest feel welcome. The location is simply breathtaking, quiet and nature-filled, yet perfectly placed for exploring. This stay felt like a retreat for the soul. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene, unforgettable experience.

Located in centre of Kandy, Misty Hills Lakeview Lounge features accommodation with a garden, city views, as well as a shared lounge and a terrace. We loved everything about our stay. The family that own it are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and varied every day. We had Ranjith drive us to our next location and he is a great driver and gave us lots of information along the way.

Set 4.2 km from Ceylon Tea Museum, Avons Residence Hanthana offers accommodation with a shared lounge, a terrace and a shared kitchen for your convenience. We absolutely loved our stay here. Gorgeous house in great location, middle of nature. Highly recommend

Offering a terrace and mountain view, Solitary Cottage Dunhinna is located in Teldeniya, 25 km from Pallekele International Cricket Stadium and 38 km from Bogambara Stadium. It is a more beautiful place than I thought and has a beautiful environment. Everyone including the owner provides friendly service. The thing we will not forget here is Rocky who provided us security throughout the night. Rocky stayed by the door until dawn and provided security for us❤. We are looking forward to visit this place again.
